Fareflock
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Fareflock ("we", "us") operates https://fareflock.com. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. If you send a message through our contact form, we receive the name, contact detail and message you choose to provide. We use it only to read and reply to you.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider and our tools may log technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and the time of your visit. We also count clicks on our partner links to understand which guides are useful.
Cookies and partners
Fareflock displays travel search tools and links from partners such as Travelpayouts and the travel brands it connects us with. These partners may set cookies or similar technologies to recognise that a booking came from our site, so that we can be credited a commission. They have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to read them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some partner tools may then work less well.
How we use information
- To run, secure and improve the website.
- To respond to messages you send us.
- To understand which content and partner links are most useful.
We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party sites
When you click a partner link or widget, you leave Fareflock. Bookings, payments and personal details you enter there are handled by the partner, not by us. We never see your payment details.
Data retention and security
We keep contact messages only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record keeping. We use reasonable technical measures to protect the information we hold, but no website can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us to delete a message you sent or to tell you what we hold about you by contacting us through the contact page.
Children
Fareflock is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site grows. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
